Call this confessions of a dietitian, but I am a dietitian who doesn’t like to cook.  If you are a dietitian, farmer or rancher, farmer or rancher’s wife, or anyone who doesn’t like to cook, you, like me, are likely open to any helpful tips to help make your time in the kitchen easier and quite frankly, shorter.  Then, there is the fact that life is just busy for everyone these days and time spent preparing meals isn’t what it used to be.  So, whether you are a kitchen junkie or would rather junk the kitchen, hopefully the following list of kitchen gadgets will help make your time in the kitchen shorter and easier.
